Resilience Education | Wharton WORKS

We are thrilled to announce that this past April, Resilience Education collaborated with The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania to launch a pilot program at the State Correctional Institution - Chester (SCI Chester) outside of Philadelphia. The pilot program brought together 24 incarcerated learners and 16 MBA instructors for a truly remarkable experience that proved rewarding for all involved. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who played a part in making this possible, including Professor Damon Phillips, Robert Steinberg Professor of Management, for his exceptional leadership and partnership. A special shoutout to our National Program Director, Bianca Bellino, who guided us to a successful pilot! We are now gearing up for the launch of our full Resilience Education | Wharton WORKS program this fall and look forward to expanding our reach and impact.
